Boxing: Lomachenko vs. Luke Campbell

Tomorrow, Saturday at the London O2 Arena, there will be a big boxing event.  Star promoter Eddie Hearn is promoting the lightweight world championship between the double Olympic champion of London, featherweight and lightweight at Rio de Janeiro, and current WBO and WBA super champ Vasiliy Lomachenko (13-1-0, 10 knockout wins) against  the 31-year-old Luke Campbell (20-2-0, 16 KO victories), from the English Hessle in Yorkshire, who also won the bantamweight gold medal at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

Not only does Lomachenko defend his WBO and WBA super champion titles in this boxing hightlight, but it's also about the vacant WBC World Championship title and, in addition, the coveted belt of the Ring magazine.

The 20,000-capacity O2 Arena in London, where this fight is taking place, has been sold out for days to the very last place.  The match will be televised live by Sky Sports Box Office in the UK and live by the US sports broadcaster No.1 ESPN in the United States.  As it looks like no German TV channel has secured the broadcasting rights for this boxing highlight.

The two boxers brought the following weights on the scales:

 Vasilly Lomachenko .............  61.0 kilos

 Luke Campbell ...................  60.9 kilos
