Match Report: Norwich City vs Man City

Norwich City caused Manchester City their first loss of the season by beating them 3-2 on Carrow Road.

Kenny McLean unlocked the score in the 18th minute after assisting Emiliano Buendia.  After ten minutes, the lead was doubled by Todd Cantwell's goal (28 ′) assisted by Teemu Pukki.

At the end of the first half (45 ′), Sergio Aguero narrowed the score assisted by Bernardo Silva, giving his team hope.

Pukki scored the third goal for the home side in the second half (50 ′), after a second assist from Buendia and again increased the home side's lead.

In the final minutes (88 ′), the challenge became dramatic, as Rodri scored the second goal for the visitors assisted by Gabriel Jesus, however 'Citizens' failed to equalize in the remaining minutes.

That loss leaves Manchester City second in the table with five points behind Liverpool which have recorded five consecutive wins.

For Norwich City this was their second win this season, having lost three more games.
