UEL: Partizan vs MU

Breathing in the top 4 race last season, Man Utd paid for by pity to play in the Europa League. This is a wake-up call that immediately led the team management in the summer. Specifically, the Reds have clearly shown their goal of competing for the title for the new season with blockbuster contracts during the summer transfer window. Many expectations are put in a MU with many changes in personnel and play, but what fans receive is not as expected.

MU still shows a negative face and they are having to go through a series of bad days, both in the Premier League and the European arena. In the domestic league, the red half of Manchester ranked only 14th with 10 points obtained after 9 rounds. And in the Europa League, despite being highly regarded in the group, MU does not show its superiority. The draw against Liverpool over the weekend showed MU's prosperity with solid defensive ability and sharp attack. Although that was not enough for them to break through, it was also a good sign in the middle of the gloomy days.

On the other side, besides the 5th place in the Serbian league table, Partizan Belgrade is also doing well in the Europa League. They get 4 points after their victory over Astana and the draw against AZ Alkamaar, which has the same number of points as MU, even ranked above thanks to better goal difference. At home, Partizan Belgrade won 3, drew 2 and lost only 1 of the last 6 visits. It is a big advantage for Partizan Belgrade when it comes to receiving a stronger opponent than MU in this match.

Although fans are quite worried about MU's trip to Serbia because of the team's erratic form, but it can not be denied that they are superior to the opponent in terms of class and force. Owning many quality players with a long experience in the European arena, these advantages of MU will overwhelm the advantage of Belgrade's yard. And with high determination, MU predicts a victory to avoid further sinking into crisis as well as relieve pressure on the players.
