The fluid that destroys kidney stones ?!

Kidney stones are solid crystalline masses of various shapes and sizes that form within the surface of the kidneys.  They are usually composed of calcium, phosphate and uric acid and vary in size from 2 mm to 12 mm.

There are several ways to prevent kidney stones from forming.  One of them is to drink as much water as possible, which should be filtered.  It is also a good idea to stay away from oxalate-containing foods that have been proven to cause kidney stones.  These foods include spinach, red beets, strawberries, chocolates, dried fruits, teas, dried beans, and more.

We will introduce you to the fluid that helps break down small kidney stones.  What makes this drink work is the citric acid found in lemon, apple and orange.  Citric acid is very useful in destroying kidney stones, especially in those caused by multiple deposits of calcium.

On the other hand, watermelon is rich in water and potassium, which also help break down stones.  Ingredients: 1 lemon, 1 orange, 1 apple, 4 slices of watermelon, 4 ice cubes.

Preparation: Pour the orange and apple into the mixer after slicing.  Then add the watermelon slices as well as the fresh squeezed lemon juice.  Add the ice cubes and continue to mix until the liquid is firmly attached.  Drink one to two portions a day.
