EFL: NFFC vs Millwall

The English First Division has reached an important sprint stage and the teams are in dangerous areas, as well as in the promotion team are trying their best to accomplish the goal.

With Nottingham, the City Ground team is quite stable in the Play-Off group, but before the fierce chasing of the rivals behind, victory is still the goal in the rest of the tournament.

Having to march to the ground of an extremely determined Middlesbrough to escape the red-light group, Nottingham was quite lucky to escape thanks to a 2-2 equalizer in the final minutes of striker Lewis Grabban. It can be said that the performance of the City Ground team in recent times is not bad when they are unbeaten in 4 consecutive rounds, but having to get 3 draws makes Nottingham unable to speed up. By now Nottingham is ranked 4th on the table with 60 points after 16 wins, 12 draws and 8 losses, with the result they are quite stable in the Play-Off group and are promoted only two leading teams. 8 and 9 points respectively. Nottingham's home form is also acceptable, because after 20 recent games they have won 10, 5 draws and 5 defeats.

Outstandingly holding Bristol City in the last round, Millwall partly showed his determination to pursue the Play-Off group. However, the results in recent years are not really impressive and Millwall still needs more efforts to create a surprise. In general, the results that Millwall is doing are not bad when they are temporarily ranked 10th in the rankings and only 5 points behind the 6th place. However, this is the team with the most draws so far with 15 matches, even the last 2 rounds they have drawn. The Den's away record is quite good when the last 10 matches they have lost only 2, drawn 4 and won 4. However, their performance at the end of this season is not really excellent when only won 1/9 last round.
