Joe Joyce vs. Michael Wallisch

24 hours before their fight in the BT Sport Studio in London, Joe Joyce and Michael Wallisch faced each other again when weighing.

Brit Joe Joyce should have had enough of fought fights.  The "Juggernaut" has been dry for a year, including  a duel with Marco Huck planned for spring failed.  Instead, there should be a very interesting comparison with top talent Daniel Dubois, before the corona crisis wreaked havoc and had the announced event postponed until autumn.  Now the almost two meter tall giant is to take an intermediate step.  The opponent is Michael Wallisch from EC Boxing, who recently announced that the planned fight between Joyce and Dubois would crash.  Accompanied by ECB promoter Erol Ceylan, the Munich-born artist showed himself to be self-confident these days.

On the scales this afternoon, he proved that he has at least some weighty arguments for himself.  Wallisch presented himself to the British press in London with a proud 118 kg.  Joyce, on the other hand, was a little more bulky at 122 kg.  In the subsequent comparison, both boxers showed themselves to be fair sportsmen and paid mutual respect.

In England, the fight will be broadcast by BT Sport, while here in Germany the event can be purchased as a PPV on fite.tv.
