Boxing: Errol Spence Jr. vs Danny Garcia

Errol Spence Jr. vs Danny Garcia

Boxing fans should get their money's worth again next night!  In the fight for the IBF / WBC welterweight championship, defending champion Errol Spence Jr. (26-0-0, 21 Ko’s) will face ex-world champion Danny Garcia (36-2-0, 21 Ko’s).

Before the World Cup duel: Spence Jr. and Garcia in top shape!

Tonight there will be a very special summit in Arlington (Texas, USA)!  While WBC / IBF wet champion Errol Spence Jr. wants to defend his two welterweight titles, Danny Garcia is trying again to return to the world championship throne.

For the 30-year-old Errol Spence Jr. in particular, today's competition should mean something like a kind of "resurrection".  Because the hitherto undefeated southpaw has not been back in the ring since his horror crash in October 2019.  It was only with a lot of luck that Spence Jr. survived that serious car accident.

Now the double champion wants to shine again in front of a home crowd.  His upcoming opponent, Danny Garcia, would like to thwart the local heroes' plans!  The 32-year-old has already won the super light and welterweight championship titles.

"Swift" Garcia only suffered his only two defeats against Shawn Porter and Keith Thurman, to which he was only slightly inferior on points.  With a win against Errol Spence Jr., who is considered the favorite by most of the experts, Danny Garcia wants to rise again to the world championship throne on Saturday night.
