Boxing: Inoue vs Dasmerinas

Inoue vs Dasmerinas

Japan's boxing superstar Naoya Inoue will be back in the ring on Saturday night (German time)!  The 28-year-old WBA / IBF bantamweight world champion will defend his title in Las Vegas against Filipino Michael Dasmarinas.

Inoue vs Dasmerinas

Naoya Inoue 30: 1 favorite before World Cup fight against Dasmarinas! The fact that Naoya Inoue (20-0-0, 17 Ko’s) bears the battle name "Monster" is all too logical in view of his impressive KO rate!  The 28-year-old Japanese crowned his already glamorous career in November 2019 after he won the coveted "Muhammad Ali Trophy" in the WBSS final against Nonito Donaire.

Inoue last stood in the rope square in October of last year when he sent Jason Moloney into the ring dust on lap seven.  Now Inoue will finally use his dreaded fists again.  The IBF / WBA (Super) Champion wants to impressively defend his belt again on Saturday night at the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas (Nevada, USA).

His opponent this time is the 28-year-old Michael Dasmarinas (30-2-1, 20 Ko’s).  The Filipino has an impressive match record, but the really big names are missing in that professional record.  Dasmarinas climbed into the ring mainly in his Filipino homeland against rather unknown opponents.

Next Inoue opponent: Michael Dasmarinas After all, the upcoming title contender was once in possession of the IBO belt in super fly and bantamweight.  In any case, Naoya Inoue is the 30: 1 favorite in the betting shops!  Almost all well-known experts predict that challenger Michael Dasmarinas, for whom it is the first chance to win two big world titles, will not have a realistic chance of victory.
