Britain's Lyndon 'King' Arthur (18-0, 12 KOs) will be making the first defense of his WBO intercontinental light heavyweight title, against Italian domestic champion Davide Faraci (15-0, 7 KOs), in the stellar of a function that will take place this Saturday, July 10, at the Royal Albert Hall, London, England.

The fight, which is promoted by Frank Warren, Queensberry Promotions, will be televised on BT Sport in the UK. 

Both stars exceeded the strict protocol of the official Roman, registering Arthur 174.6 pounds and Faraci 174.75 pounds, in London, England. 

It is the Manchester man's first fight since a points win against the sought-after Anthony Yarde last December that earned Arthur the number one spot in the WBO rankings. 

If Arthur keeps winning, he will get a shot at WBO champion Joe Smith early next year. 

Italian Faraci reaches his first international starting date, after capturing Italy's national light heavyweight title and after defeating (by decision) and stealing the undefeated, German Emre Cukur, in February 2020, in Goppingen, Germany. 

The 30-year-old Arthur is also in the top ten by the IBF and the WBC.
