Many young people are endangered by brain attacks

Britain's experts have warned that many young people, not only in Britain but throughout the world, are putting themselves at risk of early brain attacks.

Unhealthy lifestyles and bad nutrition are the main causes for young people being diagnosed with hypertension, the Telegraph reports.

High blood pressure places greater strain on the heart and the blood vessels, while with time it increases the risk of heart or brain attacks.

Thus, experts are suggesting to citizens, regardless of age, to regularly control blood pressure.

Overweight, lack of sports activities and eating large amounts of salt are all factors that lead to the development of high blood pressure.

It is worth noting that hypertension has been responsible for approximately 75,000 deaths only in Britain during 2015.
