Ice hockey was developed from Canada - is the sport of resistance on the ice. Each team will have 6 players, including goalkeeper. One team will have a maximum of 20 players per game, including two goalkeepers. A match will consist of 3 innings, 20 minutes in each half, dead time and 15 minutes in halftime.
The field is 61m long and 30m wide, which will consist of 3 areas including 2 defensive areas for each team and midfield. In each defensive area there will be two small rounds for the defensive players.
This speed is very high, can be up to more than 180km / h. There will be a piece of hard rubber called snowball and two teams will use the stick to hit the ball towards the opponent.
The athletes will wear protective gear at the head, shoulders, gloves, the goalkeeper alone wears protective shins. Unlike grass hockey, ice hockey does not limit the number of substitutions.
